If my sequestration was discharged in January 2021 when will it come off the public register ?

Hi,
My understanding is it stays on the register for 6 years. I think it's from initial date of being added, and not of discharge date, but I'm not entirely sure of this.
I'm sure the experts will be able to clarify this.

Hi 1985debt.

My understanding is that your sequestration details will be removed from the Register of Insolvencies one year after your trustee has been discharged. You can check for information about your trustee's discharge on the register.

The information offered by tigh is correct for your credit report. The sequestration will remain visible on your credit report for six years after it first began.

TDA is correct, it will be removed after one year of the Trustee's discharge.
