my creditors meeting was arranged for 24th dec hopefully it will go through ! my problem is my overtime has come to a virtual stop there is still a little going about but not what i was used to my problem is with the payment for the TD this month i had ?ú70 left out of my wages to live on do you think that the company i am dealing with will look at this and maybe reduce my payments as i know that i am unable to live on this per month - i will contact them about it but was just looking for a wee bit advice first , please advise

Hi marlush
the basis of any Trust Deed is to solve a problem and not create another. My advice would be to contact the Trustee and advise of the position and maybe offer reduced payments in the interim, say 6 months, to see how things develop workwise.

thanks mark i will try and contact them when the new year is past as i think that they will be on holiday at the moment as i had tried the other day but got no answer
