Hi
Can someone tell me if when the 5 week period is up and there have been no objections from your creditors is that your TD protected automatically from that date? or do you have to wait until you have a letter confirming this from the AIB?

Hi Susie
The trust deed is deemed to be acceded to Accepted and protected) by the creditors, unless within the relevant period ( the 5 weeks) the trustee has received sufficient objections.
The notification to the AIB is merely part of the post protection process.
