Just heard from my IP today that
no creditor was able to prevent the protection process being started
I should have the PTD confirmed by 23rd April

Also the constant telephone calls to my house and mobile have now stopped, which is a relief as it got quite silly getting a call from one person from the DCA, tell them about the TD and then their colleague phones in the next half hour.
Some good news at last

Regarding budget guidelines you really are better just putting down what you spend and see whats accepted, the guidelines are simply that, and not set in stone. You would know what creditors will likely accept well before you must commit to anything.

Welcome to the forum Duncan.

Those that produce the expenditure guidelines ask that they aren't published.

As Paul has said, the methodology behind this is to focus as best as possible on what people really spend rather than shaping a budget around the guidelines themselves.

You'll still find various versions of these guidelines online, though many are wrong.

If you have a query about a certain expenditure area I'll happily confirm whether your proposed expenditure level fits within the guidelines.
