Hi Folks,

My notice was posted on the 22nd July. Assuming there is no last minute objections, does that mean that my TD will become protected at close of play today or will it be tomorrow?

Hi SkintAlly.

I'm not 100% certain but I'd assume that it would be the close of business today that would be the deadline for creditor responses.

Have you had any feedback at this point?

Hi skintally,

by my calculations it will be close of play tomorrow.

I'm sure it will be fine though.

Hi Mark/TDA

Have been told that it will be close of play (17.30) tomorrow. I thought that gave a total of 5 weeks and 1 day?? suppose the gazette issue wasn't published till 15.30 mind you. I asked if there was any news with my TD but was told its not normal to review the situation until the full 5 weeks had passed.
