My trust deed started in 2006 , after a very lengthy battle against my Trustee I was discharged a few months ago , thanks to the Biblical efforts of Mark who kept me on the right path .
My Trustee has quoted chapter and verse that my offer was flawed , but it seems he was talking about bankruptcy conditions , rather than trust deeds .

Can the experts please clarify the process used to make an offer of composition within a trust deed , as the advice given by the AIB in Scotland conflicts with my ex Trustee's understanding of due process .

A Protected Trust Deed is essentially an offer of composition in itself and I don't think there is an ordained process for making an offer of composition to end a Trust Deed, pinalta.

I guess the reason that your Trustee is talking about composition under bankruptcy is because that is the only procedure where a formal composition process is laid out in statute.
