Hi there
I am having issues with the link that let's them access my bank account. Can a trust deed accept printed statements instead as not comfortable giving them my bank details if they ask as the link doesn't work on my side. If I printed them out and send will this be acceptable ?

Hi justasking1992. I don't see why that shouldn't be acceptable as long as you are providing hard copies of all of the information they need.
