Contact your trustee to ask if they have appointed eif. I assume your trustee hasnt discharged themself yet so it would be quicker to simply comply. Pity its been left so late.

Welcome to the trust deed forum deebee996.

As Paul has written, your trustee may still be in office to see whether PPI claims can help to increase the returns that your creditors will receive.

I'd call your trust deed firm to confirm if this is the case.

It is common and normal that PPI claims are connected to trust deeds in this way. It's a good thing that your firm have been prepared to discharge you while they handle this side of things, we hear from many people that haven't been so lucky.
