Successful PPI claim was made on my behalf by FCAS (almost £5000) and the money was given to my trustee KPMG, who had initially instructed FCAS to pursue the claim and advised me that my cooperation was a requirement of TD. Now FCAS are sending me letters for their share of PPI refund. Surely a mistake?

Welcome to the forum SLM1.

That sounds like a mistake. I'd contact KPMG about it on Monday.

This seems to be fairly common, however as TDA says, this should be referred over to your Trustee to pay as they instructed them.
