hi back again! As previously stated on this forum i was supposed to be discharged back in march but due to my trustee they are claiming ppi which is holding it up, i was just phoned there this morning after waiting nearly a week for a return call, anyway i was enquiring about my case, with reguard to how much longer? what stage were they at? were they any further forwardin finalising my case? To which i was told she had know further info since the last time i spoke to her 4 weeks ago, she told me to phone the company dealing with the ppi claims, to which i asked her if she could find out for me, instead of me phoning, she didn't seem very pleased, should i be phoning the claim company?? This is delaying my discharge which should have been done back in march x

Hello lhenderson,

As your Trust Deed company seems to have no problem with delaying the closure of your case I'd suggest that you do not rely upon them to get updates on your PPI claim.

I realise this shouldn't be the right answer as you are their client; I'm just being practical.

You are also a client of the PPI claims company so I'd suggest you speak with them directly so you can be sure that you know where things are up to.

Hi lhenderson

It does seem rather unfair that you should have to chase the company dealing with your ppi claim, however as TDA states at least you will hopefully find out what stage they are at!
