can anyone tell me what ppi has too do with a trust deed i read it on a previous forum about someones trust deed being delayed to finish because of ppi

Good point. Some IP's are challenging PPI claims for individuals in Trust Deeds. The purpose of these challenges are supposed to be to gain money for a higher dividend payment to all creditors, except of course those creditors whose claims are challenged. Slightly confusing!
The other problem appears to be that the firms in question start this so late that it delays the discharge of the individual in the Trust Deed.
