Hi guys.
Here's a hypothetical PPI query for you.
PPI claim started BEFORE Trust Deed set up on a claim NOT involving any of the creditors in the TD and PPI confirmed and subsequently due to be paid AFTER TD completed and discharged on issue of form 5.
Any problems or comeback ?

Hi A.D.

Has the trustee remained in office to deal with other PPI claims?

Their interest wouldn't normally end in PPI claims relating to the trust deed creditors A.D.

Their interest is in any possible PPI that could help repay more to the creditors of the trust deed.

Hi A.D.
As trust deed assistant says, the important point is whether the trustee is discharged or not. If not then they would have a claim over any refund to be made regardless of whether the debts were part of the trust deed or not.
