I have 6 payments left in my TD. However, at my last review I was notified that my IP was still in the process of chasing cup @ least 3 PPI claims. I have no other assets apart from my car, which is below the value required in the terms of a TD. So I guess my TD is relatively straightforward. What are the chances of me having a lengthy wait on a discharge notice and is it worth my while to ask my IP for an update?

Hi payback
If you signed after April 2008, there should be no delay in discharging you, whether their is PPI or not.
