Hi charlene68

If both you and the trustee are discharged, then the trustee can have no issue or interest with PPI.

You need to check you're discharged. I made my last payment in January of this year, I was discharged in February but my trustee is still in office at the moment. Even after I was discharged, I kept getting letters about PPI. Even though I told them there was none to claim, they went ahead - remember they have all your agreement and account numbers. After my trustee being 2 weeks away from discharging himself in July, here we still are in November and no further forward. You should have received a form 5 about your discharge but you should also phone your trustee to check the status.

Nothing left to discharge - everything's done and dusted!
