Hi
Need abit of advice we are in a trust deed my friend done a letter for me and I received money back from PPI it was from an old credit card from years ago nothing to do with the trust deed debts do we declare this and if we do will they take all of it.

Hi mags67

The money belongs to your trustee to be paid to your creditors irrespective if the debt is not included.

The Trustee will almost certainly be aware at some point on the payout and will seek recovery of this.

Thanks thought that just wanted to be clear as never cashed the cheaque will the trustee take all of it.
