Hello needsmust.
As a general point, connected to PPI claims or trust deeds or pretty much any service really, I think it's best to research the best sources of help available to you even when a particular firm gets in touch and offers something that sounds good.
Much of the negative reporting around claims and debt advice operators relates to those that cold-call or similar.
In connection with your protected trust deed, I wouldn't make a claim without talking it through with your trust deed firm first. The risk otherwise is that you get lumbered with a bill and have no payout funds with which to pay it.
Hi needsmust
If you were successful with any PPI claim, the funds would need to be paid to the Trustee. I would suggest you contact your Trustee, as they may want to claim the PPI for you - many firms do this for their clients in Trust Deeds in order to increase funds for creditors.
