I have been contacted by a company who claim that under new changes in the law I can reclaim my PPI that the trust deed company claimed and paid to my creditors during my trust deed, is this true and if so why don't the companies repay?

Hi ronnie46uk.

I'm not aware of any change in the law that would give effect to this situation.

I can't see why the PPI provider would choose (or be forced) to pay out a PPI claim for a second time.

Please bear in mind though that I'm not legally trained and I am not a claims expert.

Not something I recognise and I would suggest that you treat this call with a large amount of scepticism.
