I received a newsletter from a company saying that on a no win no fee basis it may be possible to claim compensation from any PPIs that were payed into my trust deed. It sounds to good to be true..... any help [:)]
Hi Livilad
Sounds like it as any PPI payment would have vested in the trustee.
Also if compensation! was somehow paid and you were still in the trust deed, this would go to your trustee as well.

No probs. Cold calls and flyers rarely lead to something positive.

Hi liviLad,
I've had a few of my previous clients who have completed Trust Deed's call me up recently and ask about letters they have received from a company they have never heard of telling them to send away stamps and ยฃ10 as they could be entitled to receive some PPI money back and the company would investigate it. They were also claiming to be able to improve and clear up their credit rating.
Best thing to do with that kind of junk mail is bin it.
