Going back to your original question Heather, it certainly looks as though your trustee has every right to expect cooperation from you with PPI claims.

Failing to do so could lead to the failure of your trust deed. That would obviously be a huge shame after working hard to make all of the monthly payments.

Pity that your trustee appears to have failed to communicate properly with your regarding discharge and ppi,but that aside you must continue to cooperate fully with your trustee in investigating ppi claims for the benefit of your creditors.
