I thik you have made a wise move. You should never be rushed into signing anything, everyoe eeds time to think and take all the informatio in before signing the paperwork. It is best to avoid 'hard sales'. You will be fine now.

Hi Shona

Thanks for your advise. I read on another post of yours that if a trust deed does not succeed. It is not necessary to go to sequestration.
That has been a major concern for me.

I have an appointment now to meet with Mark
