Hi there,
I am looking for some advice with regards to a trust deed,
me and my wife entered into a trust deed last aug,(so far so good) at this time we were separeted but are now back together, what I would like to know, since getting back together I have had promotion at work and my wife,s benefits have stopped, can the trust take more money off us? as with the extra money that I get due to promotion and with the wifes benefits stopping the total amount comes to the same

look forward to some help

Hello blade1973,

If there has been a change in your circumstances it would be best to discuss it with your Trust Deed company.

If the changes mean that you are in a position to pay more you will probably be asked to do so.

However, as you say that the overall position hasn't really changed, it seems likely that the payment will stay the same.

Hello blade1973

You need to get in touch with your trustee and let them know that your circumstances have changed. They will then review what is affordable and advise whether they expect you to pay more or not.

If the total spare disposable income is the same then you may well find that your payments will just stay the same too.
