Hi muzlowe and welcome to the forum,

I can't say I'm familiar with that company and I don't think that they are Insolvency Practitioners. It sounds like they are an intermediary who will pass you onto a company to administer your Trust Deed.

You want to ensure that if you are speaking with someone regarding debt advice that you sit down with them and work through your financial situation very thoroughly. You also want to ensure that you receive information on all of your options.

The most important thing is that you receive everything in writing i.e. Trust Deed timescale, payment amount and what will happen to any of your assets.

If you want you can give us an idea of your situation and we can give you some advice.

Welcome to the forum muzlowe.

I've never heard of them.

From years of reading problems on this site I would advise you to steer clear of dealing with cold callers.

If you think a trust deed might be right for you do a little work to identify firms that get a good write-up online or seek a personal recommendation from people you have reason to trust.

We'll be happy to answer your questions on here as well.

Out of trust deed for 18 months and had a cold call from PHK Financial today advising I had applied for a payday loan and had been declined UTTER NONSENSE, avoid this crowd it sounds like their PPI cold calls are starting to run out and this is their latest scam.

Aaaaarrrgghhh! Cold callers! The only thing worse than dealing with call centres.

I get the occasional call and my personal favourite it the one with the sound of a ships horn followed by 'Warning' The very fact it's a cold call tells you it a sales call and in my experience they will tell you anything to make a sale.

Avoid at all costs.

Mark
