This is my second question im hoping you can help me with.

I am currently in a PCP deal for my car which ends with a balloon payment in November 2019 of £3500.00.

My father is going to pay this in full for me and I will pay him the money I was originally paying per month for the car.

My question is what evidence do I need for this? Will a letter from my father suffice saying im paying him £192.00 per month or will I show bank statements with me paying it into his bank account?

The car will be in his name once he makes the payment in full.

Many thanks

I think it would be best for you to speak about this with your trustee in advance of it happening, just to check that they are OK with you carrying on with the £192 pm payments.

I don't see why they shouldn't be, as long as the car is reasonably required, but better to have it all agreed up front.

Your trustee will be able to confirm what evidence they require, but I imagine a letter from your father will probably be sufficient.
