I have recently entered the trust deed and it is in the process or being protected (dealing reached) and today according to PayPal I cannot use my account with them anymore because of my previous PayPal credit account (which was included in the trust deed).

Is this true? If I am not using PayPal credit can I not still use them as a service as I believed it was separate. They say I cannot use it until I make a payment but surely the trust deed has an arrangement made so thats why I am confused.

Any advice would be good.

Also could I just make a new account maybe and just close my other account? It will just be to use my own account and cards, I like it for the protection it adds.

Hi Tea_Please

It is quite common for this kind of thing to happen with creditors - banks for example will often take this stance if they are owed money that is subject to a Trust Deed. Unfortunately it is completely up to paypal whether are willing to allow you to use their service or not.
