hi due to some bad advice when taking out the trust deed it actually looks like I may be paying off my creditors in full plus trust deed fees my question is if you end up paying everything you originally owed in full does the fact you entered a trust deed still go on record and show up as if you defaulted?

Hi.

Yes, the trust deed will remain on your credit file for six years.

Unfortunately so will any other entries that your creditors have accurately added there .

In sequestration you can have the sequestration recalled, unfortunately this does not apply to trust deeds.
