Hi wondering if you can help. My partner has asked for a pay day loan company to pay into my bank account. I have now just found out he applied in my name. I will hav no access to the funds as will be with drawing them for my partner when the money goes in. Cn you advise if i need to tell my trustee?

Why did your partner apply for a loan in your name? I would suggest that you make sure that in the future any loans that he applies for are in his name, as you will become liable for this debt if anything goes wrong!
If your trustee happens to see this transaction on bank statements, they may query it, so it's maybe worthwhile letting them know.

thanks for your reply Julie. He is self employed and has no proper bank account/credit.
I have contacted my trustee who will put note on my file.
