My partner has some sizeable overpayments to pay back to the DWP, alongwith other unsecured debt. Is she able to take out a TD on these?. Strictly an overpayment, we lost a long, long appeal tribunal.

A trust deed may not be much use to your partner I'm afraid. Benefits overpayments are not usually discharged within a trust deed.
