I previously wrote asking advice about a problem at the start of our TD when one of my creditors (credit union) were paid directly from my wages for the first 4 months after I started my TD. Invocas have sent them several recorded delivery letters claiming this amount back and have had no response. I have been chasing this with invocas for 2 years now. When my TD ends I will be 4 months payments of ยฃ200 less towards my TD. Does this mean I will be expected to extend my TD to cover this loss.

If it was through no fault of your own then I don't see why you should be penalised Mrs Mac. Only your trustee can answer this definitively thoguh.
