Hi I hope you can help. I'm currently unemployed but have freelance money coming in soon. I have got a new job in England and need to move there - need money for flat to rent etc. I don't know is it possible to use the freelance money to move and pay back in during the trust deed or what. Otherwise I won't be able to move and thus not have a job. Please help. N

Hi n79.

Definitely a question to ask your trustee directly.

I'm sure they'll want to work with you to find a solution.

Thank you. Yes, obviously I want to continue paying and complete the Trust Deed. I'll contact my trustee. Thanks again for the advice ๐Ÿ™‚

If you can justify that a bit of leeway now will ensure that creditors will be better off in the long run then I think most reasonable trustees would be open to that.

Congratulations on the new job - hope the move turns out well.
