My first year of my trust deed passed at the start of the month. I've just completed my 2nd review and posted it off. It's been tough, mainly because so many things out with my control keep trying to trip me up.

My ex-wife had me arrested earlier in the year with false accusations, which could have cost me my job. Luckily the PF threw it out, but spending a night in the cells and being cuffed to go into court was an experience I'll never forget. I then spent 5 weeks with no access to my kids and although I see them again now it's nothing like the 50/50 I used to have with them. And for that privilege I'm entitled to pay the CSA over double what I was before!

But I feel like I'm making progress, slowly but surely and I'm determined I'll see it out. Roll on Christmas 2015 [:D]

I hope everyone has a great festive season and can put their worries out of their mind, even if just for a few days. Best wishes!

Well done Mathlete, I hope the 1year passed quickly.

If it's any consolation, the next 2 pass a lot quicker.

All the best for Xmas & the new year.

Mark

Hi Mathlete,

Well done on reaching this point in your Trust Deed.

As Mark said the remaining period should pass pretty quickly and before you know it you will be asking about your discharge.

All the best for 2014!
