Hi basic electrons

I think the trustee is going to have a difficult time persuading any court to grant any order for something which was signed 7 years ago.

You should ask why there has been no movement with the case in the last 7 years and ask him to forward to you a copy of the annual report to creditors from 2007 onwards.

Just a thought.

Is it possible that there has been no contact for so long because the trustee didn't know where you were?

apparently they did not know although the AIB had the new address so we had contact from them but somehow it got bounced back to trustdeed company and its now been over 5 years since anything, and now they are saying we owe monies although when we got transferred we had been going to court for bankruptcy. So I am totally at a loss over why this or how this has happened. But getting info slowly but surely.

Hi basic electrons

The Trustee has a responsibility to the creditors, but also the individual and I do not consider doing nothing for 5 years to be reasonable.

The company got in touch with creditors and none of them replied to the trustdeed company, nor have we heard anything so I do not think it is reasonable. I am however trying to find out if there was an admin error between AIB when it got passed back for whatever reason to the trustdeed company as they ahd our new address, so no idea. Well I will put an update just for future reference for anyone else finding themself in the same situation, thanks so much for help and advice.
