Part of what I do for work is helping people albeit not financial. Despite the minimum wage I get great satisfaction seeing the 'after' picture. The ability to offer hope when some people think there is none is repaid in abundance when I see the relief in their faces followed by their efforts is realising their own potential.

I just wanted to say, after reading the worries of people like myself, it's good to know there are still people in the world who have the old fashioned values to want to help people because they care!

Thank you for taking the time to read and reply to my posts ( am I unique? ) and for giving me advice and offering me hope. I'm at the start of my journey but already you have shown me some light.

Be proud of what you do...it makes a difference!

Hi EBS

thanks for the comments, they are much appreciated.

The law on what we do has changed dramatically in 20 years and we look to resolve problems, not create other ones. If you can weed out the bad apples and fee orientated 'middle men' there are a lot of good professional and caring IP firms out there, where the rights of the individual and creditors is greater than their shareholders or profit margin.
