After writing letters again a few weeks back its just 2 creditors that have to update their records!!!
Ive heard back from my other creditors but these other 2 are ignoring me, Ignorant ****!!!! [:(!]
If they think am going to give up and go away theyve got another think coming!!! [:)]
Time for follow up's to be sent [:)]

Tell them they have 28 days before you escalate complaints via the information commissioner office. Send it recorded delivery.
