Just completed 3 so far which has not been ideal as there doesn't seem to be a standard template for the new Trust Deed document, so I've worn my Philadelphia lawyer hat and had a look through the changes myself.

There doesn't seem to be anywhere you can download the new forms either unless I'm missing something. So I've re written all the old ones and will happily share these ( for a small fee!!)

Hi TDA

Slowly but surely getting there.

The one benefit is that you can see the process a bit more clearly by going through each form. In general, there does not appear to be a great difference as such other than the 48 months, no pre Trust Deed fees/outlays and a few more hoops to jump through. In general I think it will tighten up things in quite a few areas which have needed tightening up since 2008.

If I don't go blind before then!
