Seems the new BASYS system has a flaw. If you resided outside UK or are/were Director of non UK company or I suppose had a non holiday home, then the system doesn't work and won't allow you past the first bit!
We have one where the guy was Director of a company based in Dublin and I'm afraid it's a no go as it doesn't recognise or accept the registered office post code. Pretty basic stuff I would have thought! Strangely I muttered the word BASYS a few time when trying to complete this!

Just had an update from AIB that it should be resolved by 18th May.
