Don't let all these firms fool you, getting the Trust Deed accepted is far easier than it was 3 or 4 years ago.

The vast majority of creditors are dealt with by 2 companies who decide if they'll accept or reject the proposal. The companies in question provide guidelines to IP's as to what is acceptable and what's not, so preparing a proposal is done using their criteria. Amy decent firm should be able to get it accepted.
