Well done Kirky242 and congratulations on completing your trust deed.

Let's not be too hard on the company concerned. Seems like a fairly simple mathematical/administrative error which they have acknowledged and put right when it was drawn to their attention. I'm sure such things crop up in most businesses from time to time. Reading back through the thread I think that is what Gillian and I thought was going on from the start.

Any ideas how you'll spend the overpayment?

Thanks - I am going to use some of it to go on a holiday for the first time in nearly 4yrs...the rest I am keeping in the bank for a rainy day/emergencies...so relieved to see the light at the end of the tunnel now...hard lesson to learn and mistakes I will never make again like the ones that got me into this in the first place. Thanks again for the advice.

That's fantastic news, Kirky242. Chalk one up for the little guy! And fair play to your trustee for putting it right.

Ahhh, I am a wise old trout me[:o)].

That's fab news. I live in hope of Invocas telling me I've overpaid and they want to give me a pile of money back but that's never likely to happen. I'll just be glad when the last payment comes off in January. I may have mentioned that one or two times before[;)].

Like Porcupine says, it's your round. I'll have a fresh orange and a packet of salt and vinegar crisps.

Nothing left to discharge - everything's done and dusted!
