[:D] Trustee accepted proposal! Have to say that French Duncan at Hamilton have been efficient understanding and above all reasonable throughout. Admittedly I still have 24 fairly stiff payments to meet, but it's better than losing the house. Thanks to all at TDF for support and problem sharing. Can't wait for May 30th

That's fantastic news Jon.

I truly think you've done an excellent job putting together an offer that works for all involved in the trust deed. Your trustee has clearly been practical and responsive as well which is great to hear.

Great news that the uncertainty is lifted.

Without wishing to burst your bubble, from reading your post I wonder if you realise that you won't be discharged from the trust deed until after the extra 2 years has elapsed?
