Well done on taking this step. If you've not been given any particular warnings the chances are that your trust deed will be fine and achieve protection. Trust deed providers know the acceptance criteria of the major creditors so any particular risks would usually be pointed out in advance.

How do you find out if your trust deed has gained protection? does your trustee only let you know if there is a problem?

Yes it was accepted with no objections and protection docs are being forwarded for registration.
