When did the rules change on values of cars from 1000 to 3000 pounds I signed my deed on 15 th October 2010 which value applies my car is valued at 1800 pounds

I believe it was 15th November 2010 that it changed from £1K to £3K

It's also my understanding that this changed in November 2010. That said it would appear that the £1000 threshold would apply in this instance.
