Hi there!

I currently have a PTD and live in Edinburgh and pay £250 a month. I am moving to London with work in June and I am currently in the process of finding accommodation. As the cost of living in London is a lot more expensive for rent etc, could I ask the company I have the trust deed with if it was possible to lessen my monthly payments as I will be paying more out each month?

Thanx

Hi Kenny1781

I dont see any problem, although they will probably require a revised income and expenditure. Will your income increase?

If there is a deduction, they will need to extend the period.

Thank you Mark!

I will roughly get an extra £150 a month in London weighting, however, even with this extra monthly payment, my money will probably still be tight. I will give them a call and see what they say.

Thanx again!
