Hi just wondering if you could answer a question for me, i have been in a trust deed for 2 years now and have recently moved in with my partner, would the fact that i am in a trust deed stop him getting a loan or affect his credit raiting. We dont have any joint bank accounts and the only thing we are named jointly on is for the council tax.

It should have no effect as credit rating is on the individual and not the address.

No problem. Just remember though, your Trustee will probably revisit your income and expenditure if you and your partner are contributing to the expenses.
I feel like the Chancellor, good news on on one hand, then take it away with the other!
