hi
i am thinking about a trust deed, but i am unsure as i have a car through th eMotability scheme it is my Dads we pay him 250 a month through DD and it is a 3 year lease.
would this effect my trustdeed and wouild creditors make me end the agreement.
i need teh car for work and also to take my dad to hospital apt
any advice would be appreciated

Hi fee and welcome to the forum.
I doubt that there's any issue at all here. As you require a vehicle for both work and family medical reasons there's clearly a genuine need for you to keep the car.
