Hi there again, quick question, for purposes of Trust Deed a valuation is carried out on your property, can you request a copy of the valuation, as theoretically, you are paying for it? And again many thanks to most knowledgeable people on the end of the phone, who have kept me from going insane whilst trying to sort through the messiest Trust Deed on the go. I will be posting quite a lot in the future with respect to various serious anomalies within our Trust Deed, not least the fact it is now obvious we should have been made bankrupt in the first place! I will keep you all posted on responses I receive from the various complaints I intend to make and most sincerely hope that it will prevent the same situation happening to other people.

Hi eoin8008,

I'm glad that the Trust-Deed.co.uk support team have been able to assist you.

It will be interesting to hear how your concerns are addressed and I hope everything is sorted out as you hope.

The vast majority of people who enter into Scottish Trust Deeds find that the process is handled professionally and properly but for any visitors who have experienced problems I'm sure your insight will be very helpful.

Hi eoin8008

I see no reason why you should not receive a copy of the valuation or any other paperwork.
