Hi all,

Was wondering if anyone knew an answer to this, my mortgage is with the Nationwide which i will keep up the payments when i sign my trust deed but i also have an unsecured loan with them, what i need to know is, is there any repercusion on my mortgage because i have defaulted on their loan and has to be added to the trust deed will my mortgage be ok and run as normal as long as i keep up the payments.

many thanks.

Hi stressedout

No, there should be no issues with this at all.

The most common one we deal with is Northern Rock with their mortgage and 'together loan' and these are probably more linked than the loan you refer to, but the unsecured element is fine in a Trust Deed.

Hope this helps

Mark

Hi stressedout.

This is a very common scenario. Provided that you keep up with the mortgage payments I'd anticipate no issues for you at at all.
