Hi all,
probabaly jumping the gun but looking fot=r advice. Last td payment july 🙂 no form 5 or anything been told this is down to northern rock. i am inrented accomodation at present but paying a fortune and would ideally like to buy again.. decent salary, aware i would need to scrape up a deposit
Has anyone any experience or any info on trying to obtain a mortgage?

The bigger the deposit the better your chance if success in securing a mortgage. Speak to a whole of market broker as they will know right away which lenders to avoid.
