My sister had a trust deed nearly 12 years ago which was successfully discharged. Unfortunately due to a separation of the ways with her husband and money getting tighter she has run up an unmanageable amount of debt on her lone salary and with a family to look after she is just about going out of her mind with worry. She is thinking about applying for another trust deed. I am not sure if this is possible. Can anyone advise please.[?]

Welcome to the forum lochwatcher.

It is possible to enter into a trust deed for a second time.

It's probably best that she speak with an adviser so that all possible options can be compared.

Hi Lochwatcher

There is a 5 year restriction in sequestration, but not in Trust Deeds, so there shouldn't be a problem.
