finished trust deed 2015 with form 5 now I am getting letter's from debtors ref still outstanding money still owed they say p g--l did not pay off fully and I need to pay asap I have looked at debtors and yes some was paid off(as per trust deed) not sure what happens now I take it as soon as I pay one all will submit new requests for final payments.
santandar say they were offers 50p in the pound but still want an extra £2000 paid off seems trust deed ha snot done much to help me?? any idea's I will speak to trustee again on Monday. But looks like p g--l has not helped me?

If the debt was owed before you signed the TD then it's cleared.
That's it.
The creditors shouldn't be asking you to pay more - and I hope you're sharpening your pen nib to write a letter of complaint to Santander!

Candlewick is right maverick267.
It doesn't matter what they write in a letter, if that debt existed when your trust deed began then they've no right to ask for anything from you.
A copy of your Form 5 might help them to update their records.

yes it was included in deed. I'll send them a copy plus get back onto creditfix they were quite adamant that I will have to pay as my credit rating will be affected

It sounds like whoever you were speaking with from Santander does not know what they are talking about.

just spoke to credifix and they agree with u say they will again post form 5 to me and Santander as basically tough cookies(didn't want to swear in front of TDA )but they had their opportunity to receive what was owed just worrying after doing all the right things to get letter's like this
