hi all, well thats my wife paid 12000 pounds back.waiting to hear if she has had the interst waived.if not we will be back to square one.we now wish she hadnt got the back pay as she could end up paying back more than origanly owed.what is the chances of the interst being waived.according to TD company it will be ok.but then again were talking about c-fix glasgow who struggle to find were the monthly payments have been allocated to.SCUMBAGS.any adice appreciated.
I think there is a good chance that creditors will agree not to claim interest, wee bill. Your trustee will probably write to them and ask them to actively reply if they have a problem with that. You tend to find that creditors don't reply.
thanks kevin.
Hi weebill
My creditors did not object to not getting any interest. Is worth getting your trustee to ask them.
