its certainly a strange one and I'll stick by my original thoughts on this.

You should speak with your Trustee and ask under what circumstances is he seeking additional funds from you as you have dealt with the equity and made all payments agreed under the Trust Deed. Irrespective of the funds gathered to date, you are under no legal obligation to make additional payments.
